DAY RETREAT SCHEDULE:
4th of OCTOBER SATURDAY- 10.30am-6pm
THE RETREAT WILL BE HELD AT TANDEM STUDIOS BARCELONA :
Via Laietana, 45, 3 - 1, Ciutat Vella, 08002 Barcelona, Spain
10.30am : Arriving to studio settling in to the space.
11am : Mat Pilates Session
12pm: Viv’s Signature Power Barre Class
1pm: Lunch- a heathy lunch will be arranged outside of studio and it is included in the price of the retreat
2.30pm: Confidence Building movement Session ( Heels are optional to wear but recommended)
4pm: Viv’s Signature Dance Cardio Class
5pm: 80’s Themed Cool Down with Stretch&Mobility
6pm: Glass of bubbles - closing the retreat 🥂
-Optional Post team Drinks and Dinner from 8/9pm (at own expense)
-Optional Team outing afterwards💃🏻
-Optional chill out Sunday:
Check out of your hotel after 11 and come find us at the beach for a chill out Sunday afternoon.
Catch some rays, listen to some tunes and relax, before heading back to the airport ☀️🏖️
